Do I have to buy the bracelet first?
No! You can buy a basic bracelet to add to it, or you can put charms in your cart to assemble it from scratch.
How many charms should I order to fit my wrist size?
We recommend ordering 17 charms so you can adjust the size perfectly to your preferences.
On every product page, you will find a size chart to adjust the exact number of charms for your personal bracelet.
Our basic bracelets are delivered complete with 17 blank or engraved charms.
How fast is shipping?
We ship all orders within 24 hours.
Shipping takes 3-8 days for orders within Europe.

Are returns possible?
Returns: Do you want to return one or more items from your order? The return right at ItalianCharmsDE is 14 days after receipt of your order.
Exceptions: The 14-day return right does not apply to personalized charms and the Advent calendar.
Do I have to buy the charm tool?
No! The charm tool is optional. Our bracelets can be personalized by hand, but the charm tool makes it easier.
