1. Cancellation:

Cancellation is allowed within the first 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for the process of packing and shipping. No one can cancel your order if it is already in process. Please note that cancellation will incur an administration, processing and transaction fee (30% of the total value of your order).

Full refund is only applicable to change orders. Once you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the old order and refund you 100%. Please inform us by email if you have placed another order.

We would be very grateful if you could let us know the reason for the cancellation. It will greatly help us to improve our products and services.

2. How can I change the details of my order?

If you discover that you have made a mistake in the shipping address or purchase, simply email us as soon as possible and we will help you correct the information.

Please note that we can only change your order details within 48 hours. Please check the order confirmation sent to you immediately after placing your order to verify all information.

3. When will I receive the tracking number?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time for processing your order during holidays and sales seasons.

In-store processing and packing takes approximately 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, tracking will be available and sent to you.

Please contact us if you have not received a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payments or incorrect address information, processing of your order may be delayed.

4. How can I check my package?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Your order will be shipped via our shipping company in Germany and delivered with DHL.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number found on our tracking page.

5. How long can I receive my item?

Due to factors that often affect international shipments such as holidays, customs and weather delays, we can only provide an approximate shipping time. Should any of the above scenarios apply to your package, we promise to keep you updated with as much information as we have available.

Then the estimated delivery date is calculated using the formula below:

Estimated delivery date = date of purchase + 1-2 business days (process for warehousing) + shipping time (5-10 business days)

You may receive your order on or before the estimated delivery date.

For items shipped from our warehouse in Asia, there is usually a delay in tracking information updating from the time the package enters the 4PX facilities in Asia to the time it is processed at the DHL facilities in Germany. This takes 3-5 days on average, but can take up to 5-10 days.

6. Shipping Guarantee

To underline our commitment and promise to you, we will refund the shipping cost (or partially refund you if shipping was free) for any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.

Germany: 30 days

7. Risk fees for shipping

If for any reason your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for that item. That is our promise to you! If you are missing an order, please let us know via support@italiancharms.de. We will investigate the case (usually it takes 1-3 business days) and send you a new order as soon as we have a result.

8. Disclaimer of liability in case of incorrect address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that he or she provides the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double check the address you enter as we CANNOT be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

When the order arrives in your country and:

- The customer refuses to accept the package

- several attempts are made to deliver the package in the destination country.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and are not responsible for any refund.
